Premium plastic regranulates close to virgin material

Vogt-Plastic produces granulates and compounds from PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), PS (polystyrene) and PO (polyolefin combinations) from used packaging (yellow bag recycling). We offer our customers a product range consisting of more than 130 compound and 90 color recipes. The raw materials can be used from processors as alternatives to fossil-based virgin material and thereby protects resources and the climate.

Plastic products from Vogt-Plastic

Polyethylene (PE)

In addition to premium HD-PE and LD-PE pure qualities, some PE-MD variations are also available.

Polypropylene (PP)

Based upon our PP regrind, we use all facilities available for modern compounding. Many grades with tailor-made properties such as MFR, impact strength and stiffness are available. Our PP compounds are available in a wide range of RAL colors.

Polystyrene (PS)

PS is excellent for recycling as a raw material and thanks to its good balance between stiffness and impact strength it is the perfect basic material for many applications. Some grades with optimized impact strength are available here in addition to the basic grade.

Polyolefins (PO)

Behind this designation are compounds, which essentially consist of PE-LD. The grades that are available here are characterized by a distinctive and highly defined PP content. Thus, this group of materials can serve as a replacement for PP or PE depending on the property. Its mechanical properties can also be adapted to requirements here through smart compounding.
