Premium plastic regranulates – close to virgin material

Our priority regarding the high quality of our resin is based on our tradition of plastic processing. To us, high resin-quality means:

  • Intensive washing

  • Uncompromising separation technology

  • Professional processing in extruders with degassing and state-of-the-art melt filtration

  • Homogenisation and testing of large resin batches

  • Documentation of quality with quality-certificates

Our vision for the future

We want to perfect the recycling of used packaging and similar waste from households by preparing the raw materials used for this purpose for reuse. We do not accept any loss of raw materials.

Polyethylen (PE)

Our PE regranulates are mainly recycled from used packaging film, carrier bags and bottles. They are thus ideally suited for extrusion and blow molding processes.

Applications of the regranulates

  • Bottles

  • Foils/films

  • Dimpled sheets
  • Cable sheathing
  • Tubes/pipes

Polypropylen (PP)

The raw material for our PP regranulates consists mainly of cups, trays and bottle tops. That is why the material is particularly well suited for injection molding. In terms of its composition and properties, our PP corresponds to a heterophasic copolymer (HECO) existing in the virgin material. The mechanical properties can be varied over a wide spectrum.

We would be delighted to assist you in selecting the grade most suitable for you. Our development team is available to help you and to quickly and individually respond to your requests about its mechanical properties and color.

Applications of the regranulates

  • Interior / exterior automotive components

  • Household goods

  • Buckets and tubs

  • Flower pots/boxes

  • Storage and transport boxes

  • Toolboxes

  • Non-food packaging

  • Spacers and moldings

  • Rainwater management

Polystyrol (PS)

Our PS regranulates are mainly recycled from dairy product packaging. Typical PS packaging is manufactured using injection-molding and thermoforming processes. The melt viscosity of our PS regranulates therefore allows them to be used in both types of process. The level of impact strength is optimized in the compounding step.

Applications of the regranulates

  • Thermoforming sheets

  • Furniture legs

  • Plant trays

  • Office shelves

  • Coat hangers

  • Coils

Polyolefin (PO)

This material is a co-product from our separation process. Thanks to the stable ratio of PE-LD and PP, the mechanical properties are defined and highly constant. Thus grades are available as a replacement for PE or PP. Our PO is also frequently used as a component of a compound recipe.

Applications of the regranulates

  • Pallets

  • Garden grids

  • Compost bins

  • Buckets and tubs

  • Floor fixing components

  • Drainage systems

  • Plastic sheeting
